General
- Restri is a marketplace for digital goods.
- The platform acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.
Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining account access and security.
- Violations of platform rules may lead to account restrictions.
Transactions
- Buyer pays through the platform checkout flow.
- Funds are held by the platform until the transaction is completed, confirmed, or resolved through dispute.
- Seller delivers the product manually or automatically, depending on listing type.
Dispute Resolution
- Buyers may open a dispute within the defined timeframe if there is an issue with the order.
- The platform reviews available evidence and makes a final decision regarding transaction resolution on the marketplace.
Completion
- Transaction completes when the buyer confirms delivery.
- If buyer confirmation is not submitted, transaction may auto-complete after the defined period.
Fees
The platform may charge a commission from successful transactions according to current platform pricing rules.
Liability
- The platform is not the direct seller of goods listed by third-party sellers.
- Restri provides transaction infrastructure and dispute-resolution procedures.
Violations
Fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other rule violations may result in listing removal, transaction limitations, temporary suspension, or permanent account restrictions.
